  • Can you copy the photos I provide?
    I cannot duplicate copyrighted images or replicate another baker’s design exactly. Photos are used for inspiration, and I retain creative freedom to design cookies based on your theme and colors.
  • Can I customize my order?
    Yes, we offer customizable designs, colors, and themes. However, please note that exact color matching may vary slightly due to the nature of hand-mixed icing.
  • Do you post photos of my cookies on social media?
    Yes, I share finished sets or in-progress orders on my social media. If you'd prefer your order to remain private, please let me know when placing your order so I can ensure it’s not posted.
  • How soon should I place an order?
    We recommend placing your order as soon as your event date is confirmed, even if it’s months in advance. This helps secure your spot, especially during peak seasons. Orders can be canceled up to two weeks before fulfillment for a full refund if plans change.
  • Do you accept expedited orders?
    Yes, I accept expedited orders! Orders scheduled for fulfillment less than two (2) weeks from the payment date will incur a Fast Track fee of 25% of the total order amount. Please note that Fast Track orders are non-refundable.
  • Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
    Yes, cancellations can be made up to two weeks before the fulfillment date with a full refund. For cancellations closer to the date, please contact us for assistance.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. Payment details will be available during checkout.
  • How do I know if my date is available?
    Check our calendar to view our general availability. Please note this calendar is for reference only and does not allow direct bookings. You can request an order estimate, and we will confirm specific availability.
  • Do you deliver?
    We offer delivery within specific areas. Refer to our Delivery Map to see if your location is within our service range. Free delivery is available for orders of $50+ within 15 miles of the Twin Creeks Country Club. For locations beyond 15 miles, a $2 per mile fee applies (maximum 20 miles). If you're outside this range, please contact us to explore other options.
  • What is the delivery fee beyond 15 miles?
    For locations beyond 15 miles, there is an additional fee of $2.00 per mile, up to a maximum of 20 miles (orange circle).
  • What if I’m outside the 20-mile range?
    Unfortunately, delivery is not available beyond 20 miles. However, you may arrange for pickup or contact us to discuss other options.
  • Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
    Yes, we offer local pickup options. The pickup location and details will be shared once your order is confirmed.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders are fulfilled on the requested date as confirmed during the order process. For more details on timing and availability, please check our calendar or reach out directly for assistance.
  • Do you ship baked goods?
    Unfortunately, due to the Texas Cottage Food Law, we are unable to ship baked goods. All orders must be picked up locally or delivered within our service area.
