Terms and Conditions

Allergen:

• Please note that my standard sugar cookies contain egg and wheat. Although my recipe is nut-free, my kitchen is not.

Shipping:

• Big & Bear's Kitchen is in Cedar Park, TX 78613. Due to Texas Cottage Laws, I am not allowed to ship.

Payment and Fulfillment:

• Full payment is required to reserve your date. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Don’t worry, your payment is 100% refundable up to two (2) weeks prior to the fulfillment date should your plans change and you need to cancel. Orders become non-refundable thereafter.

• I accept expedited orders! Cookies scheduled for fulfillment less than two (2) weeks from order payment date will incur a Fast Track fee of 25% of the total amount of the order. Fast Track orders are non-refundable.

• Fulfillment is done as porch pick ups at Twin Creeks in Cedar Park, TX. Exact pick up address will be shared once the order is confirmed. Delivery is also an option for orders of at least $50. Please see the Delivery Map page for more details.
